Galina Fendikevich is an AI operator, advisor, and commercialization strategist.

She currently leads U.S. Go-To-Market efforts for Upstage AI (South Korea’s first generative AI unicorn) and co-hosts Humans In The Loop, a podcast exploring the realities of enterprise AI adoption, operational deployment, and the growing divide between AI hype and production reality.

Prior, Galina co-founded a blockchain and augmented reality venture later acquired by Niantic (creators of Pokemon Go). Her background also includes AI systems work on Wall Street and advising growth stage companies on commercialization and operational strategy, including a celebrity consumer packaged goods brand.

Galina was named a 2025 Momentum.io GTM AI Award winner and selected as a 2026 Momentum.io Ones to Watch honoree for her work in enterprise AI commercialization and adoption strategy.
